Make a difference, volunteer!
CRB depends on volunteers to help support and build the capacity of our community. Over the past year, our volunteers have contributed nearly 1,500 hours to serve the diverse, multiethnic newcomer communities from Burma, Iraq, Bhutan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, and Democratic Republic of Congo living in South Seattle and Kent.

At CRB, we seek out staff who center their work around within a framework of social justice rather than social service. We look for staff who look for strengths rather than deficits, who believe in creating models of community-driven systems change that engages all stakeholders (youth, families, communities, schools, service providers, government) to collectively dismantle inequities.
We prioritize applicants who come from newcomer and/or BIPOC communities.
